Online Coaching

My online coaching service includes (depending on the package):

• Bespoke personalized training plan for 4, 8 or 12 weeks towards your goals.
• Personalized nutritional plan towards clients diet and lifestyle for 4, 8 or 12 weeks.
• Weekly 20 min check ins on physique, training, nutrition, sleep, stress, weight management, body measurements with adjustments made if required to plans.
• Training videos with form analysis.
• 1-1 messaging on WhatsApp.
• Zoom calls
• Educational videos going through wide range of topics such as training, nutrition, sleep, stress management, muscle gain, fat loss, toning up, form education.

Personal Training

My personal training package includes (depending on package):

• Personalized training plans designed towards your goals with various training methods incorporated.
• Personalized nutrition plans designed towards your goals and lifestyle, taking into consideration your dietary needs and preferences.
• 1-1 messaging on WhatsApp.
• Educational videos going through wide range of topics such as training, nutrition, sleep, stress management, muscle gain, fat loss, toning up, form education.
• In-person training with me at PureGym Beeston, at the clients home or in their preferred gym.
Group classes, which includes functional training, spin classes, HIIT workouts, learn to lift classes and full body workouts.
• Bootcamps including hikes, running, cycling and workouts in various locations around the UK.
