I started my fitness journey as a swimmer, competing at nationals and then developing into water polo when I went to University. I only started going to the gym when I got to University as a way to build up some self-confidence and fell in love with the process. I can tell you, I have made every mistake in the book, but have learnt from each mistake. This passion then fed into my Masters degree in Sports Engineering, focusing on biomechanics as well as Mental Health and Nutrition.
Throughout my years training I have worked out the best ways to tone up by building muscle and losing fat, incorporating various training and nutritional techniques.
